A lot of care and thought went into making Sen Organic Day Spa. We are a local, minority and woman-owned spa promoting organic and non-toxic services to help you relax, recharge, and rejuvenate the natural way.
Our mission is to provide clients with the highest quality spa services that align with our commitment to prioritize the ideals of organic, non-toxic, and cruelty-free. Treat yourself with the services you love and feel good about it!
You don't have to sacrifice quality for convenience. In the fast-paced modern world, the beauty and wellness industries create lasting problems for our health and for the environment. Many factories and big brands use GMOs and toxic, hazardous ingredients in their products, and generate tons of waste in the process. Our clean, holistic approach to popular spa services provides a solution for this problem.
We seek out products that are free of toxins, parabens, surfactants, synthetic fragrances, and dyes. Animal testing is not tolerated by our spa, and we choose to partner with brands that respect the same values. We strive to use only recycled materials for all of our packaging, paper products, retail bags, and marketing collateral.

Cancellation Policy
We ask for more than 24 hours notice on all appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation/no-show charges. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of scheduled services. No-call/no-show appointments and appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of scheduled services. Appointments are considered "no-shows" 10 minutes into the appointment time with no email or phone call notice.

Booking/Reservation Policy
We require a credit card on file for booking services. We do not charge the card on file unless it is for a cancellation within 24 hours, or a no-show appointment. If a client leaves the building directly after their service without checking out at the front desk, we will charge the card on file for the total cost of the services.
If we attempt to charge the card on file for a cancellation, no-show, or service received and it is declined, we will charge your spa account for the total cost of the services. This will put your account in the negatives with us and you will be unable to book again until you pay for the services.
Age Policy
We service all guests regardless of age, however we do require that a parent or guardian is present for all guests under 18 years of age. For massages, facials, waxing and body treatments, a parent or guardian must remain in the room during the entire service.
