Your hands/feet are then warmed with our hand-made herbal mittens for more intensive moisturizing. We finish with a soothing massage using our in-house-made organic massage cream and complete with a warm towel.

Foot Reflexology

Soak your feet for 10 minutes in one of our pedicure tubs, followed by 20 minutes of applied pressure (10 minutes per foot). During reflexology, pressure is applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to different glands, organs and systems in the body. Reflexology releases energy blockages, stimulates the CNS (Central Nervous System), improves circulation, promotes healing and balance, and reduces stress. Foot reflexology is provided by one of our massage therapists.
