Our hand-made Herbal Neck Wrap is packed and sewn in-house with fresh herbs and spices. When heated, the rice inside expands and releases moisture. When applied to the skin, the heat and moisture absorb to soothe tired muscles and release tension in the neck and shoulders, and the herbs and spices release a relaxing and theraputic aroma.
The product is designed for individuals seeking solutions to the following issues: back pain caused by spinal degeneration, herniated discs, sciatic nerve pain, postpartum recovery for women, the elderly, athletes, those engaged in intense physical activity, and individuals who sit for extended periods at work.
Can also be used for cold therapy. Store in a cool, dry place.
Instruction
The product can be used in two ways:
Hot Therapy Method
- Spray a fine mist onto the surface using a spray bottle.
- Place the compress bag in the microwave and set the temperature to 60-70°C for 3 minutes.
- Remove the compress bag, place it on your shoulder, and relax.
- Can be used for 20-45 minutes.
Cold Therapy Method
- Put the compress bag into a zip-sealed plastic bag.
- Place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the compress bag reaches a temperature of 10-12°C.
- Remove the compress bag, place it on your shoulder, and relax.
- Can be used for 15-20 minutes.
